Bids can be placed on metropol.se or on special terminals at our auction house, until the designated time for each lot comes to an end. The unique end time for each lot can be seen on that item’s auction page, and no bids may be placed after this time. If a bid is placed in the last five minutes, the bidding time is automatically extended by five minutes. If a new bid is placed within this new five-minute period, a further five minutes are added. This continues until no further bids are placed and the lot is sold.
